You will need to edit or update the following tables(as needed):
(In this Tutorial I created new User with ID number 5 , with username named : "Moro" & Password "1234"
You can edit as needed:
Then you can login as Admin in your new account.
Please feel free to leave a like & signup for more tutorials, it took me a while to discover this trick because I got locked out of my admin panel.
