Allows restricting new conversations to staff only.

This add-on is useful where you want new members to only be able to start a new conversation with staff.




Features:

• All phrases start with newconversationmanager_ for your convenience.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-NewConversationManager-1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/NewConversationManager directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
